Lex Alliance

Lex Alliance is a group of attorneys that was registered in May 2017 on the basis of the team of lawyers “Lex Alliance” (2009 - 2017). The main office is located in Kyiv, but legal support is also provided from the regions of Ukraine. Any area of public life is regulated by law.

The main focus of our work includes agriculture, entrepreneurial activity, oil refining, and chemical industries.

Since 2009, we have been able to

• Get permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in 2012 for the concentration of 22 agricultural enterprises, conducted by the Cyprus company “Agrain Holding Limited”
• Provide legal support and defend the rights of large companies in litigation with one of the leading banks in Ukraine - Reinstate the head of one of the largest industrial enterprises in Ukraine in his position
• Represent the interests of affected legal entities when considering their complaints about unlawful actions by the chairman of the Kyiv district court. As a result of the consideration of these complaints, the chairman of the court was dismissed from his post - Get interim measures (arrest proceedings) in Switzerland
• Help in a dispute between business entities of Ukraine, which ended with the signing of a settlement agreement
• Accompany a number of major transactions for the sale of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine.

At the moment, we have been successfully accompanying several criminal proceedings in Europe for several years, a corporate dispute in the District Court of Limassol, as well as litigation in the High Court of Justice in London and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
